Just a note of love from me to you.......
I just wanted to thank everyone for the kind words, thoughts, messages and prayers for me tomorrow. I am about as ready as I am going to be.....got things for Bill to eat, got things packed and even have clothes set out to wear to the hospital for when I come home. I pair of sweats and a big old t shirt. That is about as comfortable as I have.
Bill is out to our nephews helping him put a yard swing together and I am glad that he is out of my hair for a bit. He has been hooked to me with Velcro all day. I always tell him that if I stopped suddenly he would have to be surgically removed from my bee hind! But then again if that happened now maybe the doctor would throw that in for a family plan......3 for the price of 2!!!!
Thanks again for everything and know that you will be in my thoughts when I go night night in the morning. And one of the first thoughts when I wake up. You are so much a part of my life......I find myself telling people what you all say and I am prefacing it as "My girlfriend said to me....". You are the greatest and I thank my God for the day He pointed me to this board.

Prayers for you dear Brenda for tomorrow and always. I cant call you tonight cause my phone battery is very low and I didnt bring the house charger with me. I only have the car charger with me.

I treid the medifast protien shakes and they are very good. each shake is 15 grams of protien.
So I am trying 2 shakes a day then veggies and regular food for dinner. I am hoping to loose 20 pounds. Seems like it is a good program for us WLS people.
